Water, Sewer and Stormwater Pipeline Design Use CivilTerrain to design water reticulation, sewer and stormwater pipelines and reticulation networks. Using either the DTM or longitudional profiles from a text file, you can define your pipe from node to node. A node is e.g. a valve, a manhole or a junction. You can specify various pipe properties, such as the material (e.g. uPVC), its diameter and its roughness. You can capture inflows and draw-offs and CivilTerrain will utilize these to calculate the flows and velocities in your pipe network. You can download pipe design data, such as invert levels and earthworks quantities, and export your pipe network to DXF for usage in your CAD package.
